JOHN LAMPANARO

Born and raise in Connecticut, John moved to Rochester, NY in 1980. He and his wife have been married for over 37 years. They have 5 children, ages 21-33.

John joined Encounter Church, in N. Chili, NY (formerly North Chili Community Church, then New Hope) in May of 1980 and has been a member now for over 43 years.

Licensed as a Prophet in 2017, he has also served on numerous prophetic presbyteries throughout Monroe County, as well as at Bible Colleges and abroad.

John was installed as Director of Spiritual Growth at EC, Spring of 2018, then transitioned to Director of the Prayer and Altar Ministries in 2020. He is actively guiding the prayer and prophetic initiatives.

As a lead prophetic voice and trainer, John has developed and teaches a yearly prophetic workshop, that has been offered at his church for over 15 years. It is designed to develop aspiring and also existing prophetic people, and is a prerequisite for those wanting to serve on the EC Prophetic Teams. In addition, he also oversees the Sunday morning Prayer Team and the Weekly Altar Ministry.

His heart is to see the Ecclesia return to its original NT calling and he is committed to equip, raise up, and release the body, both locally and regionally.

John joyfully joined Héctor Santos and G-FORCE Ministries in 2022.
